Adding Loot to Automate Motivate
This video will show you how to add, delete, and edit loot in your Automate Motivate account
What is loot? In Automate Motivate your staff will earn points and then redeem those points for loot (i.e. rewards). Loot is what motivates your staff to complete your achievements (i.e. tasks).
As a best practice loot should be items that motivate your team members. Since not all people are motivated by the same things, it is important to ask your team what motivates them. Be sure to include some items that your team members normally wouldn't buy for themselves. In other words, you loot shouldn't only consist of gift cards and cash. Throw in an xbox, new tv, or something else fun!
