Create Sub Users with SendJim

Step 1: Navigate to your Company Profile and then the Users tab.

Step 2: Click Add User.

  • Fill out all the necessary information 
  • Choose if they will have full access by selecting "Administrator"
  • Click Save

To Deactivate a User:

  • Click Edit User
  • Uncheck the Active box and click Save
