Creating a Gift

Having a gift in your follow-up sequences is a great way to have your company stand out from competitors! Watch the video or view the written instructions below to learn how to create and customize your gifts!

1. On the SendJim Dashboard, click the third option on the left menu "My Quick Sends"

2. At the top right of the page, select "Add Quick Send"

3. Select "Gift w/Card" from the pop-up options and click "Next"

4. Select your Gift Tier from the three options and click "Next."

   1. 

       

   2. All gift options include the cost of a gift, shipping, and a customizable 4x4 card that you'll create before saving the gift.

5. Select your gift option from the list and click "Next"

   2. If you chose the Premium Box option in Step 4, you'll be asked to select your box design before your gift option.

6. Next, you'll choose your 4x4 template from the left menu

   2. If you created your own design using Canva or want to start with a blank template, please scroll to the bottom of the list to view the blank card.

   3. If you have a custom 4x4 card that was created for your company, please click "Filter" at the top of the left menu to view those options.

7. Edit your template inside the editor.

   2. To edit the text, click on the text box on the design to open the text formatting options at the top of the page.

   3. To add new elements like text, shapes, QR codes, images, or personalization options (first name macro), please use the left menu.

   4. To navigate to the back of the card, please click the "Back Side" button at the bottom left of the editor.

   5. Once you're ready to save, click "Next" in the upper right corner. You can always return to make additional edits.

8. Preview and approve your card design

   2. If you are satisfied with the design, click the checkbox at the bottom of the page and select "Next" in the upper right.

   3. If you need to make any edits, click the "Back" button at the top right.

9. Finally, Name and Save your Gift Quick Send

   1. 

       

   2. Once your Quick Send has saved, a green checkbox will appear on the page and return you to the "My Quick Sends" screen where your new gift Quick Send will be listed.
