How to Add Tags

Step 1: Navigate to your My Addresses.
Step 2: Adding Tags with an Import File.
- If you are importing an Excel or CSV file, you can add tags all at once.
- In your import file, simply add additional columns for your tags, like this:
- Select Import along the right side.
- Select your file to Import.
- Map the fields accordingly then select "Process File".
Step 3: Adding Tags To Addresses Already in Your My Addresses.
To add to an individual address:- Click Edit along the left side of the contact you want to add a Tag to.
- Under "Tags" either select an existing one from the dropdown or Add New Tag, then click Save & Close.
To add Tags to multiple addresses:
- If you don't already have the tag created, navigate to your Company Profile and then the Tags & Services Tab.
- Type your Tag name and click Add.
- Once your tag is created, select anyone from your My Addresses you want to add the tag to. You can select an entire Import file to make things easier.
- Select the Quick Actions button along the right.
- Choose Add Tag(s) and select the tag you want added. Then click Save changes.
