SendJim has recently updated our UI, with that update, any Handwritten cards created previously should be converted to be able to be opened in the new UI editor.
You can watch the video below or follow the steps to learn how to do that.
Step 1: Select your Template
- Navigate to your My Templates along the left side.
- Any Handwritten Cards that need to be converted will have a message like this to easily identify
Step 2: Convert
- Click the pencil icon to edit the Handwritten Card
- This will bring up the editor, make any adjustments to the front you need to then select Next
- Review your message, ensure the spacing does not get cut off, review the macros and fonts
- Check off the box at the bottom saying you have reviewed then select Next
- Select if you would like to add a giftcard or not
- Review the design one last time, check the box at the bottom and select next
- Give the design a name and Save
Please note, if you convert a Handwritten card while in the new UI then switch back to the old one, you will not be able to make any edits to that Template. You will need to switch back to the new one to adjust it.
