How to Create a Letter

Letters have always been part of the mailing-type offerings inside SendJim. Now, they are more customizable inside our system!

Step 1: Navigate to your My Templates and then select Add Template in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select Letter.

Step 3: Select a Envelope. 

  • We offer a full window and a half window envelope option. Select which you would like to use

Step 4: Select Template.

  • Choose between some of our existing templates or select a plain one to use as a base and then customize.

Step 5: Customize.

  • Use the tools along the left side to add text, pictures, QR code, shapes and images to your template. 
  • If you are working with one of our base templates, you can double click on the text to change it as well as click on different elements of the design to adjust the color.
  • Once you have the front done, use the "Back side" button in the bottom left corner to customize the back.

Step 6: Save.

  • Once you have the front and back of the template how you would like them, select the "Next" button in the bottom right corner.

  • Next review your template one last time and check the box off at the bottom, then select "next".

  • Give your template a name and select the Category you want it saved to if applicable. Then select "Save".
