How to Switch Back to the Classic SendJim Experience

Thank you for checking out the new SendJim dashboard coming this Fall!

If you're not ready to use the new experience yet? Follow the instructions below to switch back to the classic SendJim experience.

*Please note* All converted and new Handwritten cards created in the new dashboard will not be editable in the Classic SendJim experience.

Open your Company Profile

On the left menu, click "Company Profile"

Uncheck the "Use Our New User Interface?" Box

Uncheck the box under "Company Name"

Click "Save Changes" on the Bottom Right of the Dashboard

Your SendJim account will automatically revert to the Classic SendJim experience.

*Please Note* All SendJim accounts will automatically switch to the new user experience in October 2025.
