How to Integrate RoofQuote Pro & SendJim
Step 1: Login to RoofQuote Pro and Click the Gear Icon in the Upper Right Corner
Step 2: Click "Developer" from the Dropdown Menu:
Step 3: Select "Webhooks" at the Top of the Page
Step 4: Select "Address Only" from the Webhook Type Dropdown
Step 5: Inside SendJim, Navigate to the Company Profile on the Left Menu
Step 6: Click the "Third Party Integrations" tab at the top
Step 7: Click "RoofQuote Pro" from the List of Partners
Step 8: Click "Copy" next to the listed Webhook
Step 9: Inside RoofQuote Pro, Paste the Webhook URL
Step 10: Click "Save Changes"
Step 11: Inside SendJim, Click "Connect"
Step 12: Click "Add Automation"
Step 13: Select "Address Only Lead" from the Activity Type Dropdown
Step 14: Set Your Mailing Recipient
- Customer is the Address Only Lead
- Neighbor is the surrounding addresses around your Address Only Lead
Step 15: Type in Your Preferred Zip Codes for Address Filtering
Any zip code not listed here will be excluded from triggering an automated mailing. If you leave this area blank, all Address Only Leads will trigger an automated mailing.
Step 16: Click "Select Quick Send"
Step 17: Click the Card or Sequence from the Pop-Up and click "Select"
Step 18: Select Your Preferred Max Send Frequency
This dictates how often an address can trigger an automated mailing.
- Always Send: Any time the address comes through the API, it will trigger an automation
- 1 Day: The same address can only trigger an automation once per day no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
- 1 Week: The same address can only trigger an automation once per week no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
- 1 Month: The same address can only trigger an automation once per month no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
- 3 Months: The same address can only trigger an automation once every three months no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
- 6 Months: The same address can only trigger an automation once every six months no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
- One Time Only: The same address can only trigger an automation once in it's existance no matter how many times the lead form is filled out
Step 19: Click "Save" in the Lower Right
Step 20: Set Your CRM Settings
Inside SendJim, click on the Company Profile tab on the left menu, and select the "Billing & Membership" tab at the top. On the right side, set your Auto-Replenish and Monthly Spending Limit. Then click "Save." These numbers are what SendJim will use to give Roofle a budget to spend every month. Once Roofle has reached your Monthly Spending Limit inside SendJim that calendar month, SendJim will send you an email and stop any additional mailings from Roofle until the next calendar month.
