Sending SendJim Mailings Through ServiceMonster
How to Send Mailings Through SendJim inside ServiceMonster Desktop & Service Monster Mobile App
Select your Sending Path from ServiceMonster below for detailed instructions.
Sending from Your Daily Schedule on ServiceMonster Desktop

Select "Schedule" from the left menu

Click on the job
-
Select "Click to Open Details" on the right pane

Click "SendJim" at the bottom of the pop-up

Select the Quick Send from SendJim you want to send, and if you want to mail that item to your client, their neighbors, or a radius around your client and click "Send"

Please note that while the "Send to Neighbors" function will use your Neighbor Mailing filters set inside your SendJim Company Profile, the "Send to Radius" function has no filtering capabilities.

This mailing will now be reflected in your SendJim Reports Section.
Sending from Your Accounts Section on ServiceMonster Desktop

Select "Accounts" from the left menu

Select the client you want to send to, or around, from the Account List

Select "Details" from the tabs listed at the top of the account, and select the "SendJim" button

Select the Quick Send from SendJim you want to send, and if you want to mail that item to your client, their neighbors, or a radius around your client, and click "Send"

Please note that while the "Send to Neighbors" function will use your Neighbor Mailing filters set inside your SendJim Company Profile, the "Send to Radius" function has no filtering capabilities.

This mailing will now be reflected in your SendJim Reports Section.

From the main page, click "Schedule" at the bottom

From your Schedule, click on the appointment with the client you want to send to, or around.

On the selected Appointment Page, under the appointment address, scroll the banner over and click "SendJim."

On the SendJim Page, select the Quick Send from the dropdown and how you'd like to send the mailing. To the Client, to the Neighbors, or in a Radius around your client.

Please note that while the "Send to Neighbors" function will use your Neighbor Mailing filters set inside your SendJim Company Profile, the "Send to Radius" function has no filtering capabilities.
