ServiceBridge Automation
This article walks you through connecting your SendJim account to ServiceBridge, importing your contacts and jobs, and setting up automations that trigger mailings based on activity in ServiceBridge.
Step 1: Generate Your Service Bridge API Credentials
Before connecting to SendJim, you’ll need to create an API user in ServiceBridge to generate your API credentials.
- Log into your ServiceBridge account
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to Public API.
- Click Create New API User.
- Assign the user to your account, give it a name, and enter a password.
- Mark the user as Active and click Save.
Once saved, copy the API User ID and your chosen password — you’ll need both in the next step.
Step 2: Connecting ServiceBridge to SendJim
- Inside SendJim, navigate to "Company Profile" on the left menu
- Click on the "Third Party Integrations" tab at the top
- Select "ServiceBridge" from the Available Apps section
- Enter the API User ID and password you created in ServiceBridge
- Click Connect.
The system will validate your credentials with Service Bridge. Once confirmed, you’ll be taken to the integration page.
Step 3: Set your Auto-Replenish and Max Spending Limits (Mandatory)
- Inside SendJim, select "Billing & Membership" at the top of the page
- On the right side of the page, find the "Auto-replenish & CRM Max Spending Settings" area, click the checkbox to "Enable Auto-Replenish," and select a credit amount
- This is the amount of credits SendJim will automatically purchase on your behalf if you run out of credits to send out your mailing
- Set your Maximum Monthly Spending Limit
- This is the number of credits ServiceBridge can spend on your behalf during the calendar month.
- Once this limit is reached, you will receive an email from SendJim letting you know. Any mailings triggered during this time will be set to a "Pending" status for 7 days before they are cancelled. If you raise your spending limit before the 7 days is up, any pending mailings will automatically process the following day.
