Setting up and Sending a Campaign

Setting up your first Campaign to current client or prospect!

Campaigns may seem tricky but are actually very simple! They  are very powerful to help you automate your multi-touch prospecting and your customer follow up! Watch the video or review the written instructions to learn how to create a Campaign and send it.

Setting Up You Campaign:

  • You will first need to have your Template created and saved before you can create a Campaign.
  • Navigate to your My Templates then select Add Campaign in the top right corner.

  • Click and drag yout Templates over to the right side.

  • Add as many as you want included in the Campaign. 
  • Click the Clock icon next to each Template to adjust the timing of when that one will be sent.

  • Once you have all the Templates added and the timing adjusted, give the Campaign a name and click Save at the bottom.

Sending your Campaign:

  • You can send your Campaign using the Radius Bomb tool, a manual Neighbor Mailing, or through automation with most CRM's. 
  • To view how to send using the Radius Bomb, click HERE.
  • To send through your My Addresses:
    • Inside your My Addresses, click the box next to the individual you either want to send to, or send around. 
    • Select Send along the left side and choose either "Send to Neighbors" or "Send to Selected Address(s)". 
    • Select your Template, review your order and click Send

**You will only be charged for the Templates as they are processed, you will not be charged for all of them up front**
